Ingredients

Ground Beef
16 oz.
pkg
Wide Egg Noodles

Onion
coarsely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

pkg
Baby Bella Mushrooms
sliced
16
oz.
Sour Cream
not fat free!
¼
c.
Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
In a 5 qt Dutch oven, lightly brown the ground beef. Drain most of the fat.
Add the chopped onion to the pot with the beef and continue cooking until onions are translucent.
Add the sliced mushrooms and continue cooking until they are done.
While the beef is cooking, cook the egg noodles according to pkg directions.
When done, drain and add to the beef mixture. Remove from heat.
Add the W. Sauce and sour cream. Stir to combine. Add S & P to taste.
Add more W. sauce to taste.
Notes
We had this often when the boys were growing up. It's a simple version that really doesn't take long to make.
