Ingredients
- 1½ lb Ground Beef
- 16 oz. pkg Wide Egg Noodles
- 1 small Onion coarsely chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 pkg Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced
- 16 oz. Sour Cream not fat free!
- ¼ c. Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- In a 5 qt Dutch oven, lightly brown the ground beef. Drain most of the fat.
- Add the chopped onion to the pot with the beef and continue cooking until onions are translucent.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and continue cooking until they are done.
- While the beef is cooking, cook the egg noodles according to pkg directions.
- When done, drain and add to the beef mixture. Remove from heat.
- Add the W. Sauce and sour cream. Stir to combine. Add S & P to taste.
- Add more W. sauce to taste.

We had this often when the boys were growing up. It's a simple version that really doesn't take long to make.
