Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Makes 2 Pies

2 regular frozen pie shells
1 can mashed pumpkin
2 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1.5 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice OR 3/4 tsp each of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prick pie shells with a fork.
Mix remaining ingredients with a whisk.
Pour into pie shells, dividing evenly .
Bake until it puffs up in the middle – approximately 50 minutes.
