Ingredients
- 100 Small Pickling Cucumbers
- 13 C Water
- 3 C Cider Vinegar
- 1 C Pickling/Canning Salt
- Dried Red Chili Peppers
- Fresh Dill - Head, Stems, and Leaves
- Toes of Garlic
Instructions
- Place water, vinegar, and salt in a dutch oven and bring to a boil
- Wash cucs, pack in jars
- To each quart, put in 1 red pepper, 1 toe of garlic (or 2, or 3), and some dill
- Can according to directions in the Ball Blue Book
